Tuesday: blackened tilapia, Knorr brand Parmesan Noodles & Sauce, salad
Wednesday: BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, spinach
Thursday: coconut shrimp, Zatarain's Caribbean Rice Mix, fruit salad
Friday: leftovers
Saturday: Satay Chicken Pasta Salad (a new fall Pampered Chef recipe)
Sunday: sandwiches
